Return and Refund Policy
Mode guarantees to refund any item purchased on our website if you are not satisfied by your purchase. All returns must be returned in acceptable condition and posted within 15 working days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition they were received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
We are not able to offer an exchange for items purchased. All returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color of an item, then you will need to place a new order.
It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
If the order has manufacturing or postage issues such as incorrect sizing or damage, we will happily cover the cost.
You can choose either to be refunded or to be sent a new package.

You can choose what happens to the incorrect order; you don't need to send it back to us.
Once we receive your return parcel, it will be processed within 10 business days and we will email you to let you know this has been refunded. The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.
If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for refund within 9 working days of receiving your order, this refund will however be issued at the discretion of WhatsMODE. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
